1. Overview of Rollify.ai

Rollify.ai is an AI-powered creative platform designed to generate images, fine-tuned avatar models, and b‑Roll / b‑roll videos. Users may create content through three primary workflows:

• Avatars: Upload a dataset, fine‑tune a model, generate images using prompts and trigger words, then produce b-roll sequences.
• Quick: Create a single image using supported models, then generate a b-roll.
• B-Roll: Upload or use a previously created image to serve as the first frame of a b-roll.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are required to create an account to use all features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

4. User Content & Licensing

You may upload images, datasets, prompts, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, or enhancing the Service—including model fine-tuning, debugging, quality improvement, and feature development.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use all User Content with Rollify.ai.

5. AI Output & Ownership

The Service generates images and videos ("Output") based on your prompts, uploads, and fine-tuned models. Subject to these Terms, you own the Output created through your account.

However, you acknowledge that Output may not be entirely unique and may resemble outputs generated from similar prompts by other users due to the nature of AI systems.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Rollify.ai to create, upload, or distribute:

• Illegal or unlawful content
• Sexual, pornographic, or adult content
• Deepfakes or impersonations of real individuals
• Copyright-infringing material
• Violent, hateful, harmful, or abusive content
• Content intended for harassment, deception, or exploitation

7. Credits & Payment

Rollify.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased through the Service and are required to generate images, fine-tune models, and produce b-roll videos.

Credits do not expire.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for used or unused credits unless required by applicable law.

8. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of major changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific features.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or error-free Output.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be unpredictable, incorrect, or unsuitable for certain uses. You use all Output at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Law of One Holdings, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses related to data, profits, image rights, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
